You need to pray/meditate, do mind-body exercises, eat a good
diet with out much demon food, and not overindulge. This will sharpen
your spiritual senses, so that when you go to sleep at night, and your
spirit leaves your body to explore the spiritual realm, it will have a
good intuitive sense, of whether the spirits it encounters are good or
terrible, in the case of demons. Candy bar demons are not that strong,
not like some strong illegal drug.
